What this website is

Tallahassee Remediation is a service-request and lead-generation website. We may connect users with independent local service providers. Service providers are responsible for maintaining any licenses, certifications and insurance required for the services they perform.

Tallahassee Remediation does not perform remediation, mitigation, abatement, restoration, construction, inspection, testing or cleanup services, and does not hold itself out as licensed, certified or insured to perform such services.

No guarantee of service

Submitting a request does not create an agreement for work and does not guarantee service availability, pricing, response time, scheduling, or acceptance of a project. Whether a provider contacts you, and on what terms, is at that provider's discretion.

Independent service providers

Any service provider you are connected with is an independent business. They are solely responsible for maintaining any licenses, certifications, registrations and insurance required for the services they perform, for the work they perform, for their pricing and contracts, and for their own conduct. We do not supervise, direct or control their work and are not a party to any agreement you enter with them.

Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property described. You grant us permission to use and share that information, including photos, for the purpose of responding to and routing your request. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unlawful content.

No emergency service and no professional advice

This website is not an emergency dispatch service. If there is an immediate risk to life, health or safety — including structural collapse, active fire, electrical hazards or sewage exposure — contact emergency services or the appropriate utility directly. Content on this site is general information, not professional, legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice, and should not be relied on as a diagnosis of your property's condition.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, scrape or copy site content for republication, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Intellectual property

Site content, layout, text and branding are owned by Tallahassee Remediation and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallahassee Remediation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any act, omission, delay, damage or loss caused by an independent service provider.
