Biohazard & Specialty Cleanup Requests
Some situations are difficult to describe and difficult to look at. You can keep your description brief. Requests are handled discreetly and routed to providers equipped for this category of work.

Specialty request types
- Biohazard cleanup
- Trauma and unattended death cleanup
- Hoarding cleanup and property recovery
- Severe property contamination
- Persistent odor remediation
- Animal waste and urine contamination
- Rodent and wildlife contamination cleanup
- Specialty cleaning and decontamination
What makes this work different
Specialty cleanup usually combines several problems: contamination that requires containment and appropriate handling, structural materials that have absorbed liquids or odor and often cannot be cleaned in place, regulated waste that must be transported and disposed of correctly, and a property that has to be made habitable again.
Odor is the part people underestimate. Once contamination has soaked into subfloor, framing, drywall or duct insulation, surface cleaning and fragrance will not resolve it. Effective work removes the source material and then addresses residual odor.
Submitting a sensitive request
You do not need to explain everything on the form. A short description, the city and the property type is enough to start. Providers who follow up can discuss details with you directly. Photos are welcome but never required.
Specialty and biohazard requests are routed to providers appropriately equipped and credentialed for the work described. Tallahassee Remediation does not perform this work.
