Our process

A Clear Path From Damage to Recovery

A practical plan, clear communication and appropriate documentation—so you know what happens next.

01 · Initial contact

Tell us what happened and share the property address, timing and affected rooms. Photos can help us understand the initial situation. You do not need to diagnose the damage or select the perfect service name.

02 · Property assessment

We review visible damage, relevant moisture conditions and affected materials. Access, occupancy and the source of water help determine the appropriate next steps. Any need for specialist assessment is discussed separately.

03 · Scope & estimate

We develop an appropriate proposed scope and estimate. The work boundaries, materials and anticipated sequence are explained before authorization. A request alone does not create a contract for work.

04 · Mitigation & remediation

Applicable extraction, cleanup, selective removal, drying or remediation services are performed under the agreed scope. Regulated work follows the appropriate licensed personnel and service arrangements.

05 · Monitoring & documentation

Appropriate work progress and drying conditions are documented. Records may include photos, observations, equipment notes, readings and updates relevant to the project. These records can support your own insurance communications; we do not act as public adjusters.

06 · Reconstruction

When needed, authorized repairs and finishing work are coordinated through Dunn Premier Homes LLC. Relevant moisture conditions and any applicable verification requirements are reviewed before affected materials are enclosed.

07 · Project completion

We review completion of the contracted scope and provide applicable completion records. Additional work or changed selections require appropriate authorization.
